You will be blocked, all your links taken down and if they find your steam account they can and will revoke your key and they may possible do the same to everyone who gets the mod.
That's pirating and hosting pirated content. If you include the DLC stuff meaning people can use units and stuff WITHOUT buying the DLC suddenly makes the mod illegal. He doesn't get the unit roster that the DLC gives you. Yeah my friend bought this game after release without the Greek states pack.
